Business cases and requirements are the basis for solution configuration and integration. For standard implementation cases, we will come up with predefined approaches and templates (which can be tuned late on according to specific needs). Requirements cover data sources, data representation, operational logic, notifications, etc.
Requirements analysis and functionality mapping are done by a team of professional analysts with a lot of experience in Intellectual Operational Effectiveness solutions and operations as well as particular subject matter expertise (banking or telecom business, etc.). All phases of the delivery are managed by a dedicated delivery manager which closely works together with customer team.
Solution design assumes not only solution visual design adaptation to client brand book guidelines but also covers all aspects of the technical design of the system including integration interfaces definition (data sources).
At the design phase of the delivery our team is enriched by solution architect and specific subject matter experts in order to make sure that functionality fit is seamless.
The platform can be deployed either at customer premises or at external hosting-providers. Deployment includes all solution components set up and tuning and extensive testing thru test cases. Deployment phase is over when the solution is accepted into commercial operations.
Deployment is done by our technical team and supervised by analysts and solution architect. It can be done remotely on on-location. To be able to launch and support the Platform we will need to have dedicated access to the Platform environment during the solution life-cycle.
Platform technical support is provided based on agreed SLAs which normally follows standard "levels" depending on availability of services and promptness of responses. It includes both technical issues resolution and Intellectual Operational Effectiveness analysis and consultancy.
Support communications are normally done via our customer support web-interface to reports issues and submit questions. Within SLAs, we provide the feedback upon solution fixes and operational advices.
